Yeah I recently switched from robinhood as well and was definitely spoiled by robinhoods instant access to deposits. I have a cash account but I'm guessing if you do a margin account you will be able to trade right away before funds clear? I despise the etrade app and power app, clunky as hell. I was hopeful that the Morgan Stanley buyout may result in an improved interface but I don't think that deal will be fully inked until next year. Sad times.

Yeah, it takes WAY too long. I deposited a check via mobile deposit on Mar 9th, their system says it was deposited Mar 10, it was available for trade on Mar 11th, however it will not be available as cash until Mar 16th.

SEVEN DAYS?

This is ridiculous. I was test driving the Cash Mgt acct as my main checking account and the deposit delay is so irritating I am ending my test drive very soon. There is no reason for such long holds.

ACH Transfers are 3 Business days following the transfer date (usually). On website it'll show pending transfers and release dates when you go to Accounts then Balances.

Deposited on Tuesday morning. It's now Friday morning. Still waiting...

So stupid. Tried calling in to and had a 40 minute hold before giving up. Looks like I am going back to Robinhood.
