So who the hell is Psycho-Pirate? He started life American Samoa an obscure Golden Maturat villain before playing an odd role in the watershed '80s upshot Crisis on Infinite Earths, which rebooted DC persistence, as one of the merely beings to remember the timeline of the original DC Universe before information technology was overwritten.
